Come Together
The joy of loving the Beatles.
When I was in high school in 1984, my dear friend Sharon and I decided to let our Beatle-loving hearts open. We put out a sign-up sheet for our new club: The Beatles Club.
85 people signed up. I’m not kidding. 85 people wanted to hang out with us. The government teacher had told us we could use her room, but it wouldn’t fit 85. We had to find a bigger space.
And for weeks on end, a big bunch of us got together to listen to specific albums, watch A Hard Day’s Night, and talk about the songs we loved the most. It was one of the best things that ever happened to me, at the time.
So I’m doing it again.

Sometimes you just want to hang out with the people who understand.
If you love the Beatles, the way I love the Beatles, let’s hang out.
I’m holding the space for us to gather on Zoom, on Sunday, February 20th.
We’ll talk about our favorite moments from Get Back, take polls on our favorite albums and talk about why, and generally geek out together.
By the end of the meeting, together, we’ll compile a playlist of Beatles songs right for this moment in time.
I’ll make the playlist and email it to you after our time together. Plus, I’ll send you some of my favorite Beatles resources.
So, come together.
